Designed as a flexible alternative to conventional construction methods, Bound Base Pro can reduce excavation requirements thanks to its efficient system build-up, and it dramatically cuts the waiting times between layers.

What is Bound Base Pro?

Bound Base Pro is a base course of blended aggregates mixed with the Resin Mill single-part polyurethane binder, installed at 15 to 30mm and laid with a lute before compacting with a trowel or power trowel. It is designed to be installed with our 100kN Structural Reinforcement Mesh (SRM) as standard, providing enhanced load distribution and crack resistance compared to the typical 50kN meshes used in conventional systems.

What is in the kit?

• 1x Single Part Bound Base Pro Binder
• 4x 25kg Bound Base Pro Aggregates
• 1x 5kg Binding Quartz (heavy traffic only)
• 100kN Structural Reinforcement Mesh

One kit covers 4m² for pedestrian traffic (15mm with 1-5mm aggregates) or 2.5m² for vehicles and commercial traffic (30mm with 6-10mm aggregates and binding quartz).
